Sincerely Planned, LLC is the culmination of passion fueling purpose. Founder and visionary, Shelley Rice leads with faith and the desire to empower and anchor families in a way that builds strong communities.

Shelley has ventured into and has been successful with many independent efforts with an entrepreneurial spirit and a dream. Sincerely Planned, LLC was birthed, from 'the heart', with an ideal platform for herself and others to constantly seek knowledge, personal development and explore new medians and materials for one of a kind products and custom artistry.

Ms. Rice is a proud creative, with an early start, in applying and developing principles of love of self and all God's people.
Volunteer participation and management with faith based organizations led to the development of the Sincerely Planned outreach component, Project A Hand Up. It's where Shelley focuses her passion for advocacy, engaging families, fundraising and mentoring.

Professional with over 25 years of experience supporting Information Systems in both commercial and government sectors.
Two decade tenure as federal contractor, exceeding expectations with attention to detail supporting National Aeronautics Space Administration's (NASA) Information Technology Projects and Earth Sciences.

Celebrated and honored leader and Community Advocate connecting faith based communities, outreach projects and volunteers. Proven expertise in proposal, grant writing and business management of $400K plus in program funding and $6M assets.

Education.
Shelley attended D.C. Public Schools and Our Lady of Perpetual Help of the Archdiocese of Washington Catholic Schools elementary years receiving annual honors and awards and then on to Prince George County where she graduated Potomac High School in Oxon Hill, Maryland, as a member of the National Honor Society. Studied toward a BBA in Business Administration at Temple University, continuing at University of Maryland University College. Currently a Subject Matter Expert possessing a Master's Certification in Configuration Management from the University of Houston, 2016.
